“The lamination class with Helen was fantastic! All of the steps were really hands-on which was a great way to learn. We learned how to laminate both with a sheeter and manually, and we made six different kinds of pastries (croissants, pains au chocolat, danishes, cheese twists etc). We had lots of fun and now feel confident that we could try our hand at making viennoiserie at home, which I never thought was possible before.  Helen was very patient and a great teacher (she made a delicious, healthy lunch, too!).  Highly recommend!”
